For orders over €50, your package will be delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. To all other countries this is above €75.

If your order is under €50, we will charge the following prices: 

NL Standard Shipping € 4.95 (PostNL)

BE Standard Shipping € 6.95 (PostNL)

These prices vary per EU country.

DELIVERY & DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of our products is stated in the product descriptions. We do our very best to flawlessly prepare your order and deliver it to you as quickly as possible.

The personalized name jewelry and the special collections can take longer than 1-4 working days due to the processing time. This is specifically indicated for these articles.

For us this means: Money back is not good! The customer has the right to return the received items to Lydian within 14 working days. The return shipment must always be notified in advance by e-mail.

The item is expected to be returned in the same condition.

We pay attention to the following:

- The product has not been worn/used, of course you can try on

- The product is undamaged, no minor scratches due to wear.

- The packaging is undamaged

- The operating instructions are attached

- Any certificates are attached
